I just got home for the break, and I’m still trying to process how incredible these past two weeks in Italy were. My heart feels full, grateful, and honestly a little broken from all the goodbyes. But more than anything, I’m overwhelmed by the goodness of God in every moment of the trip.

Looking back, the thing that stands out the most is how clearly God was moving not because of anything I did, but because of who He is. Every connection we made, every conversation about His love, every moment of ministry and friendship, all of it was His doing. None of it was my victory; it was His from the beginning.

“Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory.” Psalm 115:1

And truly, I don’t know where I would be without the love of God. That truth hit me again and again throughout the trip. His faithfulness showed up in quiet conversations, in small breakthroughs, in answered prayers, and even in the unexpected moments that reminded me just how deeply He cares for His people.

One of the most incredible parts of the trip was getting to go into public schools in Italy every single day. We had the opportunity to talk with students about the unconditional love of God, share our testimonies, answer questions, and simply be present with them. Watching God open doors and touch hearts in those classrooms was something I’ll never forget.

“We love because He first loved us.” 1 John 4:19

It was humbling, beautiful, and such a reminder that His love is always the one that goes first, opens the door, and draws people in.

We spent our days meeting new people, encouraging churches, teaching, learning, and building friendships that somehow felt like they had years behind them instead of days. The hospitality we received from the Italian people was unbelievable warm, generous, joyful. They welcomed us like family, fed us like we hadn’t eaten in weeks, and made space for real conversations and real connection.

And in between ministry times, we got to explore Rome, wander through the Amalfi Coast, enjoy sweet community, dive into Bible studies, worship together, and then face the very real sadness of saying goodbye at the end. It’s amazing how deeply God can knit hearts together in such a short time.

“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity.” Psalm 133:1

As I prepare for the spring semester, I’m stepping forward with excitement and faith. I’m also still trusting God for the practical side of things right now, I’m about $6,000 away from my support goal.

If you feel led, I would love to invite you to partner with me in this next season. Your prayers, encouragement, and financial support are part of what makes missions like this possible. When you give, you’re not just supporting me you’re stepping into what God is doing around the world. It truly is a team effort, and I can’t do it alone.

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”Philippians 4:19

To everyone who has supported me, prayed for me, encouraged me, or helped make this trip happen thank you. I’m so grateful for you. You helped send me into spaces where God is moving powerfully, and I don’t take that lightly. And honestly, some of your prayers probably kept me from getting lost in Rome more times than I care to admit.

I’m excited for what God has next, grateful for everyone walking with me, and constantly reminded that all of this, all of it, is only possible because of His love.

I love you all and I can’t wait for this next chapter in Central America, and to we how God moves in and through us.  I am home until January 2nd, so lease reach out, i would love to connect and tell you more about the trip. You can text me or call me at this number 720-694-7612.
